Who I Am
After graduating from Arizona State University's Barrett Honors College in 2004, life guided me off the beaten path and into the enriching career in construction.
I've been a general contractor in business for over 16 years with a squeaky clean track record and a long list of satisfied clients. Having completed (built and renovated) hundreds of houses over my tenure, I have an extensive knowledge and years of hands on experience rarely found with most conventional handymen and women.
Additionally, I have 3 years of commercial project management experience ranging from job order contracting and special projects to the construction of a 435 unit multifamily in-fill development. All this experience has enabled me to managed your project efficiently and at a high level.
What I Do
With nearly 20 years of hands on field experience, there are few scopes of work I am unable to perform. Rather than listing all my capabilities here, let's chat and I will speak freely in the event that something falls outside my area(s) of expertise.

How I Charge
There are two ways that I would bill for services:
- By the job. In these cases I will estimate the scope of work and provide you with a "not to exceed" value. The cost of materials in this method is billed at a rate of cost plus 20% and as in the previous method, invoices will include copies of receipts and a broken out expense report.
- Hourly: $100.00/hr with a $300.00 minimum for the day in the event that the scope is completed in less than 3 hours. This excludes the cost of materials. Materials will be billed at cost and invoices include copies of receipts and a broken out expense report for materials. The time it takes to procure materials is billed at the hourly rate.
Estimates for bid requests submitted through the website are free and In-person consultations are $250.00 to assess the scope and provide a full cost estimate. This estimating fee will be credited back to clients upon executing a notice to proceed.
How I'm Different
I'm different because I care... A LOT. As a licensed, bonded and insured General Contractor, I take pride in everything I do and my attention to detail and cleanliness is uncommon in the construction industry.
Your home is in very capable hands with me, with or without you present, which makes me a great candidate for part time residents or those with second homes. I can also complete wellness checks for seasonal residents providing them with solace while away from their homes.
I'm a firm believer in the fact that how you do some things is how you do all things and I'm confident you'll find that how I operate is a breath of fresh air in an industry where most fall short.
What Are My Payment Options
The billing process is simple and transparent. upon satisfactory completion of my full scope of work, you will receive a detailed invoice which will include a breakdown of any material costs. Payments can be remitted electronically providing the client with both convenience and security.
